SAFFRON FIELDS VINEYARD
The vineyard is owned by Dr Angela Summers and Sanjeev Lahoti. Angela and Sanjeev are both chemical engineers. In addition to wine Angela is passionate about her garden and art collection. She plans to incorporate both of her passions into the property with a landscape designed by Hoichi Kurisu, the garden art is still being discussed. Angela was born and grew up in Jackson, MS.
Sanjeev grew up in Mumbai, India and is currently working on accumulating frequent flyer miles on trips to Asia and Europe. Saffron is one of the colors on the Indian flag.
In addition there are two yorkies Rosemary and Lily, and a nanday conure Chutney who makes a vocal contribution to the household.
